How quickly can we react to producing the Global Financial Consolidated Reporting?

The Client

Enperma partnered with one of the largest energy companies in the world. A major producer of oil and gas globally.

The Challenge

The customer was in the midst of a large multi billion dollar acquisition. The challenge was to rapidly start to understand the reporting requirements of the acquired company whilst being able to produce the data, and financial statements for the acquiring company.

The Solution

Working in partnership with the customer and our partners to understand the complex and detailed reporting requirements that would facilitate reporting needs of the business. Enperma leveraged the power of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).

This was done in a structured fashion, which required the unique approach of working backwards from the customers reporting catalogue and key data requirements.
