To this end we will always be honest and transparent with our customers from beginning to end, and if we aren’t sure on a subject, or it falls out of our expertise, we are not afraid to admit it and bring in someone more expert than ourselves. Simon Hunter

Founding & Managing Director

Simon is the Founding and Managing Director of Enperma. He leads an exceptional team that offers unrivalled experience across the business and finance transformation landscape. A true passion for delivering analytical insight to businesses that empower customers and employees right across the company. Simon has nearly 20 years of finance, finance systems and consulting experience gained across multiple industries, with SAP at the core focus of his career path.

Simon manages the overall strategy and operations of the company. Passionate about developing and implementing go to market strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. Simon is focused on supporting the ever-growing team at Enperma and ensuring our strategy is relevant and resilient to the fast-paced technology changes. Simon works with the Enperma team, ensuring our brand quality is protected and leading on our continued growth and expansion.

Simon loves to spend his spare time with his family, going to football with his son, and going to as many music gigs as he can.

Tom Ings

Consulting Director & Solution Architect

As a qualified and experienced finance professional turned EPM solution architect, I assure the client that their needs are understood and will be delivered as they expect, whilst being able to articulate to the technical teams exactly what must be implemented.

Fun Fact: Tom has lived and worked in Saudi Arabia, whilst implementing a BPC solution for the biggest company in the world (Saudi Aramco).

Becky Howe

Operations Manager

Becky joined the Enperma team in March 2020 right before lockdown!

Having a wealth of experience in all things operations across a wide variety of industries, Becky has hit the ground running at Enperma managing an array of projects, both internal and external.

Becky manages all Enperma’s customer engagements, from initial conversation through to trusted partner.

Alongside this, Becky is responsible for searching and acquiring new talent that fits the Enperma way of working. Being very passionate about processes, onboarding and having embraced what it means to work as part of our growing team.

A self-confessed people person, Becky has a passion for meeting new people. Be they customers, suppliers, future employees, or even like-minded people we can collaborate with. Her passion for continuous growth and improvement rolls through the team ensuring we are always at the top of our game.

By day Becky is an Ops Manager, but by night she is a gymnastics coach and veteran gymnast! Fun Fact, once upon a time (2019) she came 2nd in the British Gymnastics Championships (Adult division, not the real one!), and is also an avid (although not skilled) climber.
